TrustProperty is operated by ProsperHedge, a company registered in Kenya and the United States of America. In this policy, "TrustProperty", "we", "us", and "our" refers to ProsperHedge and the TrustProperty service at property.prosperhedge.com.

We collect information you provide directly when using our services:
- Property matching enquiries: name, email address, WhatsApp number, country of residence, property preferences (type, location, budget, timeline, financing method), and any additional notes you choose to share.
- Verification requests: email address, the property you wish to verify, the verification package selected, and any specific areas of concern you describe.
- Communication data: records of emails and messages between you and our team.
- Usage data: standard web server logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site.
We do not collect payment card information directly. If payment is required, it is handled through a separate invoicing process.

4. Who we share your data with

- Property developers and sellers — only to the extent necessary to facilitate a property transaction you have expressed interest in pursuing.

We do not receive commissions from developers or sellers for our verification reports, and we do not share your verification data with any developer or seller unless you explicitly instruct us to.
5. How long we keep your data
- Matching enquiries: retained for up to 2 years from the date of your enquiry, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Verification reports and associated data: retained for up to 5 years to support any disputes or follow-up queries.
- Communication records: retained for 2 years.
- Usage/analytics data: typically aggregated and anonymised after 14 months.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: request deletion of your data, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it.
